Press CMD + Z for Mac /CTRL + Z for Windows

Click the arrow pointing to the right.
Press CMD + SHIFT + Z for Mac/ CTRL + SHIFT + Z
Use Grid as Visual Guide
Grid is a visual guide help you to align elements within a frame. To turn on the grid guide, click on the Grid button in the top tool bar.
