Yes, this is called a combo group within Marpipe - you can group assets so they only show with each other by dragging an asset variant over the variant group (green box) you want to link to in the right panel.

Combo groups can have any number of linked elements, use the "Create New Group Variant" button below the group to create a blank group. Drag assets into blank variants to fill out your newly created group.
