Once you are in an organization , you are able to create more ad accounts. In the Ad Account Settings, click "Add Account" under an organization and you will see the "Create Account" modal pops up. Fill the info for the new account and click "Create Account". Then you will see your new ad account shows up under the organization.

Click the option menu on each account to edit or delete the account.
