To create a design from a new enriched feeds design, click New Design in the top right corner of the Feeds section. In the window that appears, name your design on the right and click Create.

In the AdBuilder, you'll be given a blank canvas to design in
On the left side navbar, you'll have access to your Source Feed columns to quickly add linked layers onto your canvas.
Below the Source Feed icon are sections of your asset library you can drag onto the canvas as design elements: Images, In-Image Copy, Graphics
