Important Note: Google policy does not allow for you to add substantial elements to your product images. If you are trying to upload a feed with enriched creative, only subtle edits will pass their review.
How to Upload a Feed URL to Google Merchant Center
Log in to your Google Merchant Center account.
Click the settings gear and choose "Data Sources"
Click the “add” button to add a new feed.
Paste your feed URL in the input that says "Enter a link to your file"
Click continue
Fill out all remaining info.
That’s it! Google will now pull your product data from the URL on the schedule you set.
