Due to how reviews are handled by stores as well as variables such as review length, positive ratings with negative reviews, grammar and formatting, dynamically pulling customer reviews from a source across all products isn’t feasible. We typically suggest one of the following options if reviews are of interest to test:
Use AI generated reviews: Marpipe has an AI integration that allows users to generate a five star testimonial per SKU based on the product image and its description. While these testimonials will always be five stars, they can occasionally sound repetitive over all of the products. AI generated testimonials are not directly editable as this time.
Product category based reviews: 1-2 more general reviews that can be applied to multiple products in a category (dresses, pants, sweaters, etc)
Broader, general brand reviews that can be applied to all products
Options 2 & 3 can be manually added to designs/mapped to products through Marpipe with relatively light work using custom fields.
